As an artist, I am inspired by my love of Pokemon and Santa Claus, as well as my fascination with abstract shapes and colors. I use a combination of bold, vibrant hues and geometric shapes to create pieces that are both playful and whimsical. Through my art, I aim to evoke a sense of childhood wonder and nostalgia, while also exploring the boundaries of form and composition. My goal is to create art that is both visually striking and emotionally evocative, drawing the viewer into my imaginative world.

As an electronic music artist from Colorado, I am heavily inspired by the vastness and beauty of space, as well as the bold and expressive nature of abstract art. My music is a fusion of these influences, blending elements of house music with my own unique and constantly evolving style.

I am always looking for new ways to create and experiment with sound, using Ableton Live as my main platform for production. I am also inspired by the use of sharpie in art, incorporating bold and vibrant colors into my music to create a visual and auditory experience for the listener.

Through my music, I strive to transport the listener to a different world, full of mystery and possibility. I hope to inspire others to push the boundaries of their own creativity and to never stop exploring the endless possibilities of sound.

Art is a way for me to express my feelings and to have fun while I create. I have many artistic interests, including writing and recording my own rap music, spray painting and acrylic pour painting, and crafting projects. I’ve used Circut software and machines to make my own t-shirt and mug designs. I have owned and printed designs on a 3D printer and also make accessories using beads and other materials. I started making art around the age of 15. I am a Colorado native, born in Boulder and raised in Aurora. My biggest influences are my sister Laura as well as my staff Kate and the other staff at Maitri Multi Media. My sister Laura was my best friend and was always there for me, she continues to inspire me and influence my art. I get inspired when I can see people through their art and what they create. My art represents myself and my life, and is a way for me to cope with depression and process all of my emotions, including happiness and joy. Processing my feelings through art helps to keep me out of trouble and to cope in a healthy way. My favorite artistic outlet right now is writing and recording rap music. To get into my artistic process, I listen to music, I like all genres, and I enjoy working outside. I want to continue to work on my writing and painting. When I paint I often collaborate with Josh Frye who is also one of my biggest influences and supports.

Kayleigh S

Kayleigh enjoys making art for her loved ones. She is very connected to her family and friends, finding inspiration in her relationships. Kayleigh also loves music and singing and is inspired by her favorite songs and artists. She uses shapes and her special writing style that she calls "Mustang Sally". Kayleigh is drawn to the color blue, but uses all colors in her work. She consid ers herself an abstract artist using primarily using markers and pencils as her materials. Kayleigh feels that making art helps her to stay calm, process her experiences, and to express herself. She uses art to express her feelings and as a way to connect with the experience of creating. Kayleigh often gets lost in the process and pulled into her work while she is creating. She allows the work to create its self.
